We are a mobile food establishment that cooks and serves under a 10x10’ canopy. This allows us to be more location flexible than food trucks or trailers. Chef Dillon and his team provide delicious food at affordable prices, and deliver incredible customer service with a smile.

We have three scrumptious flavors: Herb & Cheddar, Sourdough and Jalapeño & Cheddar
Gravy topping.
Country style gravy (with or without sausage), candied bacon-onion jam and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.
BBQ topping.
Tender pulled pork drenched in honey bbq sauce, topped with sliced red onions.
A pull apart masterpiece. Bite-size pieces of croissant dough coated with sugar and spice. Baked in a brown sugar butter sauce. Topped with chopped pecans. Oh my!
A Belgian waffle grilled ‘til golden brown, drizzled with chocolate sauce and dusted with powdered sugar.
